Westport, CT – August 25th, 2026 – Westbury Group LLC (“Westbury”) announced today that its client, Aneden Consulting (“Aneden”), an interconnection and compliance firm known for pairing deep technical expertise with a hands-on, client-first approach to navigating grid complexity, has been acquired by E Source Companies, LLC (“E Source”). The acquisition unites two of the power sector’s most respected firms and will further E Source’s commitment to serving its clients’ evolving needs, and its vision to be the company of choice for utilities, RTOs and other leading firms in the industry. Westbury served as Aneden exclusive financial advisor on the transaction, which closed on July 27, 2026. Jonathan Rubin and Patrick Huddie led the investment banking team for Westbury.
As interconnection queues continue to grow nationwide amid surging power demand, Aneden Consulting’s deep technical expertise has become increasingly valuable to utilities and developers alike. Founded in 2017, Aneden Consulting serves clients across the energy ecosystem, including ISOs, RTOs, utilities, independent power producers, and renewable energy developers. Aneden will be part of E Source’s growing Grid Engineering and Interconnection solution area.
