Westbury Group Advises Plastic Surgery Leader Body Sculpt Intl on its Acquisition by Body Contour Centers

Westport, CT – June 1, 2022 – Westbury Group LLC (“Westbury”) announced today that its client, Body Sculpt Intl, LLC (“Body Sculpt Intl” or “BSI”) has been acquired by Body Contour Centers, LLC (“Body Contour Centers” or “BCC”), doing business as Sono Bello. The transaction closed in March 2022. Jonathan Rubin and Robert Croddy led the investment banking team for Westbury.

The transaction brings the entire Sono Bello enterprise under Body Contour Centers, and positions the business for further growth across the country.
